California adopted a new corporate climate disclosure law and the SEC released its final Climate Rule a few weeks ago. Other laws have been passed, with more in consideration at the federal and state levels. In this webinar, we will discuss the current US regulatory landscape and how American businesses can effectively navigate it. Attendees will leave this webinar with a greater understanding of the current regulatory changes occurring in the United States, and what they mean for their companies. This webinar aims to bring together companies conducting business in the United States or those impacted by United States companies (e.g. through supply chains) to explore best practices and strategies for addressing human rights challenges in the US context. Attendees will gain valuable insights and practical guidance to enhance their approach to responsible business practices in the United States.
