Corporate Britain has a long way to go when it comes to improving the situation of Black leadership. In 2020, just 1.5% of employees in top management roles across private sector organizations are Black, an increase of only 0.1% per cent since 2014.

This event will explore best practices and actions for advancing and promoting Black talent to senior leadership positions within different organizations, with the aim of inspiring business action on race and ethnicity in the workplace.
