Important Notice: Technical Outage Affecting Communication on Progress (CoP) Platform

July 31, 2024

UN Global Compact is aware of the recent outages affecting the Communication on Progress (CoP) platform.

Our third-party platform provider experienced a global outage overnight which affected the entire network which hosts the UN Global Compact's Communication on Progress. While the network is now back up, you may still encounter delays or other issues.

The CoP reporting deadline has been extended to Monday, August 5, 2024, at 5 PM (ET). Participants that submit during the extension period will not be penalized with a non-communicating status due to the outage. Participants must submit the 2024 CoP by August 5, 2024 to avoid ‘non-communicating’ status.

Network USA wishes to reiterate that no company will be delisted from the UN Global Compact due to any delays caused by these technical complications. There is no need to submit a request for a submission extension.

If you experience any problems, or if after 24 hours your 2024 CoP is showing in draft mode, please do not hesitate to reach out to cop-support@unglobalcompact.org.
