UN Global Compact's Target Gender Equality LIVE took place on Tuesday, March 16 and gathered over 4,000 attendees from around the globe to discuss how companies can take concrete action to achieve SDG 5. UN Global Compact Network USA wants to continue this important conversation and will therefore host a webinar on Thursday, March 25 that will focus on exploring how the American private sector can best contribute to gender equality.

The webinar will offer an overview of the Women Empowerment Principles Gender Gap Analysis Tool (WEPs Tool), a business-driven tool designed to help companies from around the world assess gender equality performance across the workplace, marketplace, and community.

In addition, UN Global Compact Network USA will introduce its new gender equality accelerator program, Target Gender Equality, which will begin in June 2021 and which will be free of charge to Network USA participating companies.
